This is what I want to the VCS owner. “ Hello my name is ____. I have no idea who I’m meant to send this complaint to but this is something very concerning for not only me, but the wellbeing of other patients. Dr. Landy has given me so many medications that it messed me up so mentally I lost my mind. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Landy's unwavering devotion to his patients. He is a truly special physician who consistently goes above and beyond. By streamlining the refill process for my ongoing medication without requiring an in-person visit, he demonstrated both immense kindness and a practical understanding of his patients' needs. May he be blessed for his continued dedication and excellent medical care.

Don't risk your mental health. It's nothing to be played with and they will play with it. That review about "if you need to be pushed to jump, contact this place, very unhelpful" isn't a lie.

I've been calling and leaving a message for 3 months and do not get a call back. Guess they don't want to offer their services. I missed an appointment 3 months ago and since have been asking to reschedule because my medicine can no longer be refilled without a prescription. They do not answer. Now my medicine is up and I'm not right mentally because they had me on this just to refuse to call me back to schedule a appointment to meet the psych again and get a new script.
