I've been calling and leaving a message for 3 months and do not get a call back. Guess they don't want to offer their services. I missed an appointment 3 months ago and since have been asking to reschedule because my medicine can no longer be refilled without a prescription. They do not answer. Now my medicine is up and I'm not right mentally because they had me on this just to refuse to call me back to schedule a appointment to meet the psych again and get a new script. This provider violated HIPAA and then threatened to sue me when I attempted to address it. Do not use this place. They breached federal privacy law and tried to make me feel as if I had done something wrong, despite VCS being the ones in clear violation. ↓
Had a really great therapist. He helped me during a really tough time in my life. He helped me with so many things. I was seeing him 2 times a week. Through his help I was able to talk freely. He offered ways to cope. He taught me how to overcome. I like that he was ethnic so he understood the things that we have to overcome. I don't know if he is still there but if he is God bless him. Thank you J for all your help.
They never answer calls . I called like 8 times leaving messages and nothing crazy I went physical to this office because they don’t answer calls voicemails. This is very inconvenient for a patient that is trying to look for help.
