They never answer calls . I called like 8 times leaving messages and nothing crazy I went physical to this office because they don’t answer calls voicemails. This is very inconvenient for a patient that is trying to look for help.

I came in to this place years ago and met Bonnie, who saved my life. I was in no place to do anything when I met her. It would be a shame if the government doesn't fund the one useful thing it should. If you want to lower crime and stop government dependency, fund mental health. I would be dead, or a criminal without VCS

The new "OWN IT" class through the Volunteer Counseling Service was helpful and insightful. The class covered very practical skills like setting healthy limits with time and personal space, becoming aware of obstacles in our daily routines, and ways to build better daily habits that help create a more satisfying genuine life. As someone who has been a client and patient of VCS since 2019 or so, my experience and input comes after several years and multiple different interactions. When I first came seeking help for mental health, I got it, yet as time went by it felt like pulling teeth just to either get in touch with someone or to get on the same page as someone. I truly regret having to write this review, but I'm left with no choice. I truly hope they improve before it is too late. I just can't hold my tongue about this any further.

If I could give zero stars I would I have called this office 5 different times in the past week and CANT EVEN GET A CALL RETURNED and on top of that they received a referral from my primary for me to be seen and still no call and I called again today still no answer these people would rather let you struggle, rot and die they DO NOT CARE AND DO NOT WANT TO HELP at all!!!! so TO THE OWNER IF YOU SEE THIS AND WANT TO CALL ME BACK you are more then welcome I’ll be waiting!!
