The staff is extremely helpful & Dr. Henshaw is awesome! They take extremely good care of our fur babies!
Dr. Henshaw did not show caring for my small cat who had a very minor ear cut. In fact, the whole visit produced unnecessary trauma for my cat, and the doctor seemed to care very little (as did the assistant). All other doctors I've used there have been excellent. This visit (on Nov. 1st, a Saturday) was a disaster from beginning to end. As I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, I had to sit in the lobby while one of the helpers ate Cheez snacks.
Dr. Osborne and the staff at VCA are wonderful! They are helpful and courteous, I trust them with my pets completely.
