Everyone is always so kind and caring to both pets and people!
Absolutely loved it! The staff was great! I loved the kids area for my two little munchkins! My dog was treated very well! I love the texting system for giving results and reminders, etc! Very reasonable pricing, clean, and will continue to come back/will definitely recommend to others!!
Our two pups love VCA Woodland! The doctors and staff are wonderful. We always leave feeling confident that our dogs will be happy and healthy for years to come. Also, the new facility is beautiful.
We have been patients here for a few months, and the facility has more than exceeded expectations. The faculty remembers Cairo, my puppy, by name and is always invested in making sure he is healthy. We recently had to rush him to the hospital, and as soon as VCA received the paperwork that was transferred they contacted me for an update on his status and requested to see him as soon as possible. They are very informed and treat your animal just like the family members that they are.
I moved back to the Grand Rapids area in the fall and had been looking for a veterinary practice with the WFF (warm fuzzy feeling). My rescue Brittany, Fozzie, has quite a few quirks and he was comfortable and minimally stressed by our initial visit. The staff were so very accommodating to his particular needs. We definitely have the WFF and will be entrusting this practice with Fozzie's care.
VCA is the most overpriced vet clinic in town. Total rip off.
I was in today with my old boy Hoyt. His last visit we found he has cancer. Today he had bloodwork and x-rays to see if it had spread. He's been a patient since a baby and he's now 10 plus. He's always happy to see everyone and today he was especially happy. It makes me feel good that he loves everyone there. They were short staffed today even and things were great as always.
