Drs. Coldwell and Livesay, and their entire staff, are amazing people and consummate professionals. The compassion, understanding, and patience they show to their patients (and their patients’ people) is absolutely top notch. Our little guinea pig, Snickers, had several problems during his short life, but Dr. Coldwell, Dr. Livesay and the Clinic staff provided him with the most compassionate and knowledgeable care we could ask for. There are very few vets here who see exotics, and this is the only place I would go. We sadly had to say goodbye to Snickers last month. We found an abandoned boxer, underweight, malnourished and pneumonia. We brought her here as you guys were close. Glad we did. Dr. Livesay and the staff treated this abandoned pup (now our pup, her name is Millie) so well. Answered all of our questions and just did a great job. Thank you guys so much.

I usually don't leave comments like this but I feel compelled to let everyone know what a great experience we have had with Dr. Coldwell. We found out recently one of our ferrets has cancer. Dr. Coldwell spoke compassionately and directly. He handled the sad situation like a true professional.
