Recently my cat became ill very suddenly and because the veterinary clinic I usually go to was booked solid for a couple of days I went to VCA Roberts. Every single staff member I encountered from technicians to reception, to the actual veterinarians were so incredibly kind, patient, professional and sympathetic. Wouldn't go anyplace else. They treat you like family. They've been real good at taking care of my dogs and helping me to afford what's needed.
Been there a couple times mostly good experiences
I have been going to Roberts for almost 27 years. The veterinarians and staff truly care about your pet and you. They will take the time to discuss procedures. Veterinary medicine has made great leaps; ultrasounds, echocardiograms, lab tests, prescriptions, dental care, etc. All this equipment costs as much money as it does for a "human" doctor. Last night we brought our dog in for an acute injury to his front lower leg. We saw Dr. Joe Cosman who was very gentle, caring and jovial with him , myself and my husband. The necessary tests were done with a positive, encouraging manner and were explained to us in detail. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. I so appreciated the professional and personal way we were treated by him, and the 3 other Veternarian techs ...Thank you for being so supportive to all of us!
All of the doctors here are caring professionals. We always receive outstanding service and our pets are well-cared for!
Dr Moses is an amazing cardiologist and does amazing ultrasounds. He is truly caring and compassionate and has always gone above and beyond for me and my pets. I recommend to anyone who has a pet that needs a cardiac work up or echo to go see Dr Brad Moses!!
