This place is HORRIBLE. Brought my cat because she wasn’t doing well and they ran blood and urine work and sent me home, didn’t say anything about the results. I called back the next night and arrived at 745 and the woman on the phone told me it would be 30 minutes wait. Place is a joke! We receive a voicemail stating that it is ok for either my wife or my son can bring our dog in since she doesn’t do well at the vet over a week ago and then get a call the same day as her appointment that the vet is uncomfortable having someone go in. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. We are canceling our care club and finding a new vet.

We had to bring our boy in today for help across the rainbow bridge. Even with all the restrictions due to COVID-19, they were still so compassionate. Only one person could go in with our boy. But the doctors, nurses, and receptionists were so apologetic. They know how hard it is to do what we had to do on a regular basis, never mind under these circumstances. I want to thank each and everyone of them for their thoughts and air hugs at this sad time. And thank you for being so sweet to our boy.

lots of things need to change here. my wife was charged twice for the emergency visit & exam (separate fees) which we waited 2 hours to see a vet. try having an sick cat kept waiting for 2 hours. then once she found out she was charged twice they said they would credit her account. amazing how they decide what should be done after they over charge you. staff here just are out of there mind money hungry. sad time for animal lovers.

Dr Moses is amazing. Found a next day appointment for my dog which likely saved her life.
This is a great place. Fair pricing, great staff, very caring, clean, thorough. Dr. Martinez is my favorite. He's very compassionate and a wonderful human being.
