We've always had Dr. Callahan and she is WONDERFUL! I also want to note that yesterday I took my cat in (it had been 9 years 😳) as she wasn't acting normal, not eating or drinking, and just sleeping. She's a 16 year old indoor cat that was very grumpy at the vet, but Dr. Murphy was amazing. She not only eased my worries and concerns, but helped take care of my cat and get to the bottom of the issue. After blood work and urine tested, she was just very very dehydrated. We have been going to Robert's for the last 20 years with all of our animals and they are the best!! Dr. Callahan has been our main doctor and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful and trusting and loving she is!! Of course we had to see other doctors there from time to time but we have always had a great experience every time no matter who we see!
Amazing and caring staff! Took great care of my dog (and me) after he suffered an allergic reaction from a vaccination. From the time I called, to getting there, to leaving, all of the staff were 110% helpful, responsive, and professional. They not only took the time to make sure my pup was ok, but also made sure I was ok and explained everything they were doing in detail and what it meant/ what it would help with. Will be switching over to them for everything from now on!
I have always held a huge amount of faith in Dr. Patterson, who has cared for all my family's pets over the years. But a recent experience was disappointing and delayed my cat getting proper treatment for severe pain in her leg. The office x-rayed the wrong leg for a repeat x-ray and the doctor called to say it was completely normal, he had no idea what could be causing her pain/lameness.
