I called last Thursday for a medical issue with my dog, was told I would be put on a waiting list, got called twice, when I called back no one knew to know why I got called yet the call and call back was within a minute...nor did they leave me any messages so everyone was clueless...
Yesterday was my first visit ever to this animal hospital. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. They really showed care and concern for my bunny. And helped us out in a big way . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place !
Dr. Pleban and Dr. Zetwo are the absolute best in the area!!! Everyone at the front desk is so nice too.
Started going to this facility when it was just a few rooms with Dr. Beebe when our then dog has a serious problem. He was great. When we got our current dog, Knighter, we decided to start going to a facility closer to our home. We are about 1hr. away from Northview. When our Knighter got very sick we went back to Northview and have never left. The doctors there are still great and together they have a wealth of knowledge to fall back on. Love the vet here! She is very patient and explains a well laid out plan to make our pets feel better. Even suggested it was better for our pet to be at home with us instead of admitting her. I come out of my way when our regular vet is out to come here.
Expensive...but worth your pets life..they are very experienced..when no one else cld figure it out!!
