We wouldn't take our two senior pets anywhere else. Wonderful doctors and staff!
If I could give this Animal Hospital zero stars, I would! I was a customer here for years, but I am no longer! I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I received here today when I tried to buy my cat her prescription diet food there. A little over a year ago, my 15 year old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She was put on medicine for it initially, but she had an allergic reaction to it, and could no longer be on them. This facility is amazing. I've had great experiences with both the clinic and emergency services. The employees that I dealt with during emergency visits handled everything very well and helped keep me calm when I was worrying about my pup. The same goes for just routine visits. Everyone is always pleasant and friendly when I go there. I know my corgi is in great hands when I bring her here!
The staff was so kind,courteous and caring when we had to take my dog Max here to end his suffering. They gave us as much time with him as we needed even though it was late at night. Everyone kept offering their condolences for our loss which really meant a lot.
I can not say enough good things about VCA Northview!!! The DR's are wonderful!! I had an emergency with one of my five dogs and they got me in right away and took great care of her. I was sooo impressed that I left my other vet and started taking all my dogs there for their wellness visits. 2 down and 3 to go. They are great and very reasonable.
Great staff they saved my bichon's life we have been going there for the past 8 years
