after being a customer there since 2013 and bringing my three dogs regularly for checkups and treatments.... and believe me... Spending a lot of money at this high-priced vet... And having two surgeries each costing over $5,000... I was just turned away for an appointment for one of my dog's having acute issues because I was 10 minutes late!!! this place no longer has any loyalty to their customers. very sad what's become of customer service these days!
Everyone at VCA Northview has been absolutely wonderful. My cat Sneex was very ill and my son had to take him to VCA three times, without me. Everyone there talked with me many times on the phone and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend VCA Northview Animal Hospital. Very caring people.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Enwiller, Sammie, and the entire crew! Hazel, our 4 year old boxer, had a TPLO. Dr. Enwiller explained everything about Hazel’s surgery. I had to take my 15 year old sheltie in to see Dr Spillaine on emergency. She is knowledgeable and kind! All the technicians were fast and efficient. Treated us like family. They also sent us home with some frozen peanut-butter to help put my dog at ease. All around fantastic experience ❤️
