Had to have my 14 year old little girl put to sleep yesterday. Everyone was very loving and caring for her and for myself. Thank you so much to everyone at VCA NE cat and dog.

I have a ball python who got out of his enclosure and got stuck in duct tape! I had never been to this clinic before, and called as soon as they opened up for the day, desperate for some help. They said they were booked up but to come in anyway. The tech who specializes in reptiles was absolutely amazing, as well as the vet and the rest of the staff I met. My snake was loved and cared for exceptionally well!
I started taking our pets there 12 years ago. A great vet and staff. Took our dog there yesterday for her annual checkup. The appointment time was 9. There were no other clients there. My dog was seen at 9:30. The inoculation had to be redone. The vet shot through one side of the skin and out the other. I felt like the overall experience was not what it used to be. It had the "franchise feel".
It saddens me that I can’t get my injured dog in for a visit since he has been coming here for three years. I tried yesterday and today to see if he could be seen, office suggested I could bring him to the animal hospital or wait a week to be seen. Umm no thank you. � bye!
A puppy mill vet, wow...not the vet practice I thought they were - profit over puppies!
