Visited VCA northeast for vaccinations and a nail trim for my 2 dogs. They were great in answering all of my questions and concerns, and were GREAT with handling my not so comfortable chihuahua! I was incredibly nervous having had terrible experiences at the vet with my fussy pooch in the past but they listened to my suggestions in working with her and allowed me to be hands on in her exam which helped immensely. I'm sad we're moving out of town or we would be making VCA northeast our permanent vet! Thank you so much!
We have been bringing our pets to this practice since 1995. Today they helped us put our Lhasa to sleep and they were so kind through the process, just like they’ve been with our other pets. All of the staff love our “babies” like their own.
I absolutely love this place ❤️ They truly care about people’s pets and treat them with dignity and respect. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be. Nothing bad to say.
They are always so great with my dog. Any time that something goes wrong I can call them and they are usually able to get her in that day or the next day. Thank you for taking such good care of my pup!
Dr. Hoover and her staff are incredible. Tera, Sheree, Lisa, and Jen take care of my dogs like they're family. They're accommodating with scheduling and even assisting my senior dog out of the car! They all have a sincere love for animals.
Dr Kara Malone is amazing, and everyone else I've talked to there is helpful and friendly as well!
