There’s something about the service that amazes me every time. We’ve been using maple shade animal hospital for over 10 years and have always had amazing service. But I write this review/recommendation after the care of my cat. 7/21 I had to put my cat down as her health was quickly deteriorating. On one of the toughest days I’ve dealt with, everyone was so kind and genuine. She was my cat, not a family cat, for 11 years so it was hard, but everyone reassured me that she was at peace. Our puppy is very comfortable with the staff and vet. Pricing is reasonable. Dr. Leso takes the time to listen, answer questions, make suggestions. We are very happy with the care our puppy receives.

We have been going to VCA for over 30 years. They have always taken care of our dogs with great care and compassion. Highly recomend .
So very caring, firm but gentle.
Without doctor Heller this place is nothing I doubt very much he is aware of the way the staff speaks to people and how you operate. The manager here had the audacity to call me to harass me about where I was taking my pet for urgent care like it's any of her business. I'm just glad I have the call recorded because I'm taking it much further. I guess This is why people are leaving your business left and right
Everyone always is so warm and kind. I always hang up the phone, like I did today after speaking with Emily, and say to myself, "They are all such nice people." Always treat my dog with such love...just the best!
