Thank you SO much for putting me on HOLD for TEN MINUTES, and then turning off the phones 10 minutes prior to closing. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Ten minute hold when all I needed to do was reschedule an appointment.

The VCA staff and Dr Kyle saved our dog's life! Thank you for figuring out her issue so quickly and finding a resolution for it. She definitely felt loved while she was there.

Boarding my dogs with VCA is wonderful. My three dogs are no strangers to being boarded for short stays while we travel but their demeanor when they get home from VCA is wonderful. They don't act stressed out or smell bad like they'd been left in accidents. The office staff is kind and very pleasant. I'll continue to use their facility in the future.

Dr. Elton Haydel and all the staff are caring and wonderful persons. We lost our Boxer today and the staff was always helpful and caring during his illness. I'm always going to be grateful that the they always loved him and treated him with care.
