RecommendedAmazing staff!! Dr was so good with my little Molly .
Don’t Recommend! We lost our family dog of 10 plus years, he wasn’t just a dog he was family, with that being said he passed and we trusted the VCA to handle the cremation and return him back to us well he never returned and they messed up and pushed the wrong button in the computer and was placed in Conroe! But I don’t understand how that could happen when I was literally calling every other day checking the status of him!!! So no I don’t recommend them!!! This was a mistak… See more
I had to bring my pup in because it seemed like he had pink eye. His vet wouldn’t see him for another week so I called VCA and they got him in same day. They took amazing care of him and his eye is looking better just a few hours later after being seen.

They don’t screen their employees well enough. Anna is extremely unprofessional. If you care about the health and life of your pet do not bring he or she in when Anna is working. If they let her go it might be a good place to bring your loved animals but until then...it is extremely unsafe and not a nice environment.
