You wonderful people care for my fur babies so fabulously for regular check ups, medication refills, & emergencies. Plus - you know how to keep this dog-mom on an even keel when my furkids are ill by using your positive attitudes, awesome humor, and still being knowledgeable & professional. I appreciate each of you!
So happy to have Dr Bower as our bet again. We are more than happy to drive up from Rochester for her to see our pups!! She seems to love the animals almost as much as their families, you can't beat that. To have a vet understand that these are your family, more than your pet, is a rare find. Had to put my second kitty in two years to sleep today and the care taken by the staff was so very kind once again. Not one but two techs came out to my car to talk to me and give me hugs afterwards because they care so much and understand the grief an owner goes through with these hard decisions. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies through the good and bad times.
