It was my first visit here today with my senior cat. The staff was welcoming, and they were great with my cat. I was right in for my appointment time, no waiting around. As a nice bonus, one of the employees had their cute corgi hanging out and I got to love on him while I waited for the doc to go over home care instructions. Since it was our first visit we got a nice discount and a little welcome package with a toy, laser pointer, and a free dose of some flea/tick medication. My munchkin had a tough week, he lost complete sight in his right eye and has particle sight in his left due to an eye disease called Pannus. He was treated by Dr Danielle. Teddy's regular doctor was not available but Dr Danielle was on point and knew Teddy's history which made me feel comfortable that she took the time to read about his prior visits. Dr.Bower and staff were so compassionate during a rough time! Dr. Bower is one of the best veterinarians around! She treats your pet as her own and as a family member!
Our cat, Gatta, is always treated with love and compassion by everyone at the clinic every time we take her in. Dr. Bower is her vet, and she is a very competent and pleasant Doctor to deal with. She knows how to diagnose problems and treats ailments efficiently, with a minimum of visits. What also impresses us is that she always follows up on the visits and treatments with a call to see how our cat is doing. We wholeheartedly recommend this Clinic.
We have been with them for a little over a year now and love them. We recently had to take our black kitty Hera in for a visit and Dr. Bower called the next two days after we brought her home to check in her. Hera is back to her normal self and her sister Xena is happy too.
Dr Bower is simply the best bet I have ever known!!!
Lacey VCA is simply the best. Our pets are family - and I feel like Dr Bower and everyone at Lacey VCA cares for them just like we do. So much love and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic. Elvis agrees ♥️
