My furbaby Zoey had an eye rupture. I was told it was an emergency situation. The VCA worked me in, got the xray needed & she was in surgery the next morning. She is now resting at home.. I just found my new vet!
I moved to Lacey, WA in April, 2017. Dr. Thomas has treated all 3 of my poodles. They have each had issues. Her thoroughness is beyond reproach. I can’t express in mere words my sincere gratitude to her and her warm staff. Wish I could find a people doctor like her, heeee! Yes, take your animals here and everyone else’s animals as well. For all of you pet owners who have a furbaby that may need some teeth pulled, well let me tell you......... after my 11 y/o toy poodle "Jacque" had all of his teeth pulled.....yes I said all..... he is like a puppy all over again! He has no problem eating hard food, I buy the small bite sized food. He plays, runs, jumps fetches....... just like he did when he was younger. I cannot thank Dr. Moss enough for giving me back my playful pup. I hope this helps to set som puppy parents minds at ease.

I love Dr. Bower! She is kind and patient with my puppy and she always enters the room with a smile on her face. She is diligent about calling to check up on Winston the day after he visits to see how he's doing, even on weekends! My little guy got neutered last week and I got a text letting me know how he did shortly after he woke up from his procedure. Dr. Bower and her amazing team always take great care of our two dogs and cat. Recently one of our dogs showed signs of discomfort - they were able to get Bubbles in right away - surgery followed shortly after and she was back home in no time. They were upfront and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. This pack is beyond thankful for the folks at VCA.
