My Schnauzer Lucy loves the people there. She doesn't care what they do to her she loves them. They pay her a lot of attention and give her lots of love. And I love them because they are almost always available for help.
Twice now, Dr. Holder and her staff have "worked me in" (on the weekend, no less) for semi-urgent issues with one of my cats (animals don't get sick on a schedule, but his timing is always impeccable). They've been professional, responsive to follow-up concerns, and have provided great veterinary care. I'm super-appreciative, impressed, and would happily recommend Dr. Holder and staff!
My 18 lb cat Leo (an extremely large kitty) hadn't been to the vet since his kitten shots and has been under alot of stress so i was so nervous to take him for vaccinations and a checkup! I consulted with one other metro vet office and their first response was to muzzle him. VCA Kickingbird was patient and kept my kitty for hours to try and be as little rough as possible. THEY WERE SO UNDERSTANDING AND LOVING WHEN IT CAME TO THE TIME WE HAD TO MAKE A LIFE ENDING DECISION FOR OUR FUR BABY OF 14 YEARS. RIP LUCY
I hate this place! They made my baby sick while we boarded her overnight. It wasn't until I researched on my own that I found vaccinated dogs shed live viruses for weeks after vaccine. Boarders don't know and don't care. My puppy has been sick since her overnight stay including a large lump that seems infected they said would go away in a couple days. AWFUL! I swear if something bad happens they will never hear the end of it.
The staff is always so good to our precious Edward-the-Schnauzer! 👍
Very sympathetic and caring staff the night we had to have a dog put down. Amazing "bedside" manners. Would recommend this office to anyone with a fur baby.
I'm so thankful they could help Mr Hanky Pankey (aka Hank) this last week. Dr McFarland was awesome and let me know what needed to be done.
Our first time here and the staff were SO kind to me, my son, and especially my fur baby! Thank you for easing his nerves and being gentle with him. Also, love that your charity is Pet Angles Rescue as that is who saved my baby!
