They need to make sure pets are safe when the pet is in their care. And if you lose an animal while it is in your care you need to help find it right away. I would never trust you with my pet.
Still missing! I am beyond angry right now! On 4-27 I took Binx and tripper to be boarded at VCA Kickingbird Anima Hospital while we took dave to Alabama. One of the techs let go of Binx and he slipped out the door, they chased him and he kept running. I was told by one of the vets Traci Holder That her staff was trained to NOT chase a dog and yet half of her staff that day chased him. We brought our girl in for an emergency last night and the staff, and the Dr were nothing but kind and helpful the entire time. We ended up having to say goodbye to her and the dr walked us through the whole process and felt like she genuinely cared and was sorry for our loss. We recommend VCA Kickingbird Animal Hospital to any and everyone and are very thankful they were as kind as they were through our tough time!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Kickingbird. EVERYONE is so amazing caring I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They literally saved my dogs life. They knew something was horribly wrong right from the start, they stayed by her and monitored her until they figured it out. I am so grateful to have found them.
Our dog Sadie has had some tummy problems and Dr. Leak and Dr. Holder were both so amazing. They called us with updates and we felt so good about Sadie being there. You can tell that they really care about the animals and you!
5 Star for Dr.Holder and Dr.Griffith and their Staff. A Big Thank You!!!!

Amazing place! got a same day appointment and didn't bombard us with unnecessary fees and tests. Rex loved the staff and they were super gentle with him and loving. Would recommend for sure!!!
