Terrible. Do not prioritize the health and wellness of animals as much as they prioritize their bottom line. Very very disappointed.
Great spot but very expensive.
Take cats at your own risk. Went in for a health cert and rabies vaccine. Got neither and a very traumatized cat instead. I volunteered with vet clinics and can tell when a vet or vet tech doesn’t like cats. I understand the danger, but would gladly have held her so she wouldn’t have been so upset. We had our sweet baby aggressively covered with a dirty towel (there was another animals fur all over it) and slammed to the metal table just to take vitals.
