RecommendedI’ve been using VCA Los Gatos for 25 years. They take the time to know not just my animals but me too. They take all the time needed to explain everything to me and teach me anything and everything that I need to know. Every vet, tech, handler, front desk... whatever their title or job, they take the upmost care with my animals and with me. They are absolutely the best!
RecommendedThere are such compassionate people here on the staff of VCA Los Gatos. They show such caring for what is best for the patient. The Fear Free practiced there makes all the difference.
I use both the hospital care for regular treatments/shots and the grooming services. I appreciate all of the love given to my girl from the front staff, the techs and Doctors. I use multiple services from dental cleaning to care visits. I've been very happy and do recommend VCA for all your needs.
RecommendedThe receptionist, vet tech and doctor were all incredibly friendly and supportive. I was also extremely grateful that they are open on Sunday!

Having worked here for 9 years (2006-2015) I can tell you the medicine is high quality and the care exceptional . Not a hospital to worry about "what happens behind closed doors". Now , as a client, I still trust my pets with them , and you can trust the word of an RVT when it comes to evaluating doctors ;)
