Tonight has been the 3rd visit to the ER for our dog because of vca Greenhaven. They are incompetent. They will lie and give you false security and your dog will end up on deaths door. They Do Not Care about your beloved pet. They will say anything to get you off the phone. The vets are all talk and the techs and front staff just want you off the phone so they will literally make up anything.

I discovered my newly rescued adult cat was tapeworm infested over memorial day weekend. Early Tuesday morning, after being turned away rudely by not one but two vets, I walked in to newly remodeled and hectically busy VCA Greenhaven Pocket Vet. I didn't care if I had to wait all day, I just wanted Moses to be treated. Not only did they treat him immediately (and compassionately) but they were beyond kind and gifted my two kids with color changing water bottles which literally made their day. Thank you to the staff here, you saved this family's day and my kitty is looking 100% better. ♡
