RecommendedStaff is always so sweet to my Blue nose. A lot of places are kind of standoff-is with the breed, which is why I always come back.
These people were absolutely wonderful! They put my pet's name on the sign outside to welcome us to our first visit! They left no detail uncovered and the staff could not have been friendlier! I give them 10 out of 5. stars!!

So Tasha vomited repeatedly after getting her shot. VCA says it's an allergic reaction, but she had the same shot 3 weeks ago with no affect. Then they said it's common, so I asked for clarification. It was a Racoon vaccine, and not necessary for my dog. YET THEY INSISTED SHE HAVE A MEDICATION SHE DIDN'T NEED THAT MADE HER SICK. AND WANTED HER BACK AFTER THEY MADE HER SICK. NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO A VCA VET. JUST LIKE JIFFY LUBE, THEY UPSELL UNNECESSARY SHOTS TO MAKE MONEY OFF YOUR LOVE FOR YOUR ANIMAL. SCUM. I A... read more

We took our dog to VCA Greenhaven to get a booster vaccine for some disease. Immediately after she got the shot, she began to vomit and hasn’t stopped. Whatever they gave her was wrong and they didn’t seem concerned (“bring her back and we will give her Benadryl”). No thank you. We will find another veterinarian who has some compassion and doesn’t make mistakes.
