just wanted to thank Dr. Diell for walking my mom through the steps before taking our late dog patty, the whole team was very kind with handling patty. thank you.
I had to euthanize my dog last week. It was terribly difficult to do but I was handled with such compassion and my dog was treated so gently. Every step was explained before anything was done. He went so calmly and quietly. I was able to spend as much time saying goodbye as I needed. Today I received a lovely sympathy card signed by all the staff each with their own comment. Many thanks to the staff at VCA Foxon Animal Hospital for making this very difficult and emotional time so loving and caring.
