I have taken all my pets here and never had a issue. Sadly I had to put my cat down today and I can't thank them ALL enough. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. 4 people gave me a hug and were so sympathetic, I've never seen such sincere and courteous staff. They made a horrible ordeal much easier. I wish I could give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I can't. This place used to be amazing and was the only place I would bring my pets. Now they are the worst. First off they are rude and definitely not animal people. I have never met vets in my life that do not like animals. The Dr's are the rudest, tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my cat when in all reality there never was. Second they are so over priced it's ridiculous. Had a great experience in taking my cat, Cowboy for his 1st initial visit. They were very friendly and caring in making him feel acclimated to their facility. I would highly recommend them to anyone with pets.
Absolutely a lovely staff and care for all animals and helping all pet owners...
