Staff was very nice to me as I was a emotional mess when my dog was having surgery.
I recently decided to transfer the Pet's Medical care to VCA Foxon a few months ago. Not only are we Absolutely satisfied and feel very confident that they are providing honest and EXCELLENT medical care for our Dog- Preston, Cat- Jay Jay and soon a visit for our Ferret Storm..................The sister office for ER visits in North Haven are very good as well!!!
I absolutely love this place!!! They are the absolute best! I have taken both of my cats here since the day I got them. Kind, compassionate, Considerate, caring and the whole staff just goes above and beyond. They have done so much for me and my two fur babies. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
Dr Schmidt and Staff are very caring and in tune to all my dogs. They are excellent when I call with concerns and always manage to make appointments when I need them

The staff at this location are fantastic, very caring and thorough. They take time to answer questions and never seem rushed like other vet offices I have been to. The environment is very open, clean, organized and welcoming.They are also very knowledgeable and have done a great job with my foster kittens. The kittens went for their first visit extremely sick and less than a week after their visit they were a hundred times healthier and are now all thriving in loving homes! Dr. Schmidt is up on the latest treatment options and is a compassionate dedicated doctor. I feel that my dog had the best care possible. Jackie at the front desk is a gem and the staff are all professional and kind. I would highly recommend this practice.
I have brought pmy 5 fe-lions to VCA, Dr Ward and Dr Schmidt are wonderful talented veterinarians, that truly care about your pets health care and well being. Thank you!
