I’ve been taking my dog here for almost 10 years, I call them yesterday to make appointment because she has hot spots. I told the lady she won’t stop biting, scratching herself, and now her wounds are open. She said she couldn’t get her in for 2 weeks. I said, but she just needs an antibiotic and some ointment. Nope, still 2 weeks!! You can go ahead and cancel my appt. BVH got me in the next day at 8am. Now would YOU wait for 2 weeks to get your child an antibiotic when you knew they needed one?!?!? Highly disappointed!
Have been there twice now. Both times I have called first thing in morning and they were able to see my pets the same day, (this last time at noon which I suspect is their break time.) even though they said they were full. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and the prices were lower than I expected. Where we go now I would have paid 2-3 times that with, what I feel, is less quality care. I highly recommend them to anyone.
From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, my pet and I were a priority to the staff. Dr. Seng was very thorough and took her time during my pet’s exam. It’s evident she cares a lot about what she does. The front desk staff is also very kind and courteous. Thanks for a great experience!

I brought my chihuahua last night for an emergency c section and the vet Erica was super nice and done an excellent job
Dr.Jones was very friendly and compassionate. We can’t thank her enough for taking care of our dog during an emergency. ❤️🐾
