Milo is afraid of the vet...so much so that we thought he'd need to be sedated for care. But, Rikki made sure he was comfortable and relaxed, where sedation wasn't necessary. That meant so much knowing my pup didn't need to undergo that. I will recommend Rikki and her co-workers at VCA Elliot Park to anyone. Thank you for making Milo, and me, comfortable!
