I am getting more and more disappointed with this office. They saved my kitties life. Dr. Hayes was amazing! And since she left, they have scheduled an appointment to bring her in for her shot (she gets one every three months...used to be every two weeks) when they did NOT even have the medicine and because of all her trauma when young she has ptsd so going there for no reason is not a good thing AND they scheduled an appointment for today but once we arrived they upcharged us to a REQUIRED full annual exam plus the shot so ... read more
I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Loeschen since he opened the clinic he has always treated them very well!
They have been awesome with my puppy so far so good the doc is really nice and the tech's are very loving and answer all my questions!

Shoutout to our new groomer Kelsey who did a fantastic job with our 5-year-old chocolate lab Sasha! Her coat is 10x better and she smells nice and clean! Friendly staff and great location! We will definitely be regulars here for all of our labs!
They lied to me about my dogs diagnosis and falsely communicated with me through multiple visits. Then after asking for my dogs records, I did not receive them for 4 hours and saw that they falsified the records to save themselves. I had a terrrible experience that I am still facing today and I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing. They only want to do easy services like grooming.
Dr. Loeschen and the entire staff are nice and caring. They treat my pet well. I have been taking my pets there for about 15 to 20 years.
