This place is not a animal hospital it's a clinic, not sure about the level of give a damn about animals either. Wouldn't even take a look at a dog that was hit by a car.
*Update: I absolutely love Dr. Brown! I've seen her a few times now, and I completely understand why her schedule fills up so quickly, she's truly the best. She's incredibly attentive, encouraging, hilarious, down to earth, and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to make both me and my kitten feel comfortable, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. I was highly pleased with the staff the tech and Dr. Little they are awesome. I'm lost for words when Dr. Little exam my dog he was hands on and took his time. My dog is 13 yrs old and never had a exam this through. If anyone is like me your fur babies mean the world to you VCA DeSoto is the place to go. I'm so happy my vet was closed and my nurse at my doctor office referred me to VCA this is real vet care. My fur babies has a new Dr at VCA Desoto.
