I adopted my cat from the SPCA and brought it here for a routine check up. Was told she was healthy but they encouraged getting an additional vaccine. We discussed the price and after it was given they said I needed to return for a booster (was not mentioned prior) pay another office visit. After discussing with staff they agreed she didn’t need to see the doctor and nothing would be charged. After giving her the shot today, they charge me again. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Will not be going strictly because of her. I asked a few questions that she didn't have the answer to nor understood them to answer. Then got an attitude with me. Ran off a good customer.
I was advised to purchase the Care Club plan, and the test administered to my dog would be covered by the veterinarian. She reassured me not to pay for the test separately, as the Care Club plan would include it. I agreed and signed up for the plan. A few days later, I noticed a charge attempt on my account, which appeared to be for the first month's plan, a payment I believed I had already made during the appointment.
Absolutely wonderful, friendly, and best part is the coffee hehehe
Me and my girlfriend’s dog had to have an emergency surgery in October, and the hospital took amazing care of her. They helped with any concerns we had, and took their time with our fur baby. She’s fully recovered, and hasn’t been as energetic and playful in forever.
