1st time I went ther. Vca plainville did not have the medications I needed to give my dog, so they set up a pick up at Cromwell. Picked it up got home gave my dog the pill, got a phone call later, that the pills I picked up are pain killers and not cough meds. The bottle was labeled correctly, but the medication was wrong. My dog is 14 years old, has copd and diabetes. I do appreciate that one of there vet's did drop the correct medication off on the way home that night, but if this was some other medication could it have ki... read more
