The staff are all very friendly and nice, and my previous visits have been great. But the well pet visit I had last week left a lot to be desired on the knowledge side of things. The vet told me my dogs raw diet is “dangerous”. I have done my research and know experts in the field and this is completely unfounded. Raw is sterilized and contains less pathogenic transmissions than kibble. RecommendedAll of the doctors and staff here are extremely kind and knowledgeable. We bring our 3 cats here and the visits are always great.
We brought our dog Jack here with a large lump under his neck and he was seen by Dr. Frattini. He wasted no time with his diagnosis of lymphoma and even called at 9:50 pm the day after with the results as he was off the next day. He recommended us to an excellent oncologist and 4 months later after his course of treatments he is doing great. Thanks to him!
Dr Hurley and the staff at VCA are always kind, compassionate, and understanding. When I had to put my cat Lucy to sleep, they grieved right alongside me. Their kindness and empathy do not go unnoticed. My family has been going to VCA Cromwell since before I was born. When Dr Efron retired we were devastated, but Dr Hurley lives up to the near-impossible task of filling Dr Efron’s shoes, and he does it with knowledge and heartfelt compassion.
