Our cats, Ernie and Jewel get exceptional attention and care. Jewel is very shy but doesn't mind a visit because the entire staff from receptionists to technicians to doctors all treat her with respect and affection. She has persistent problems but seems to trust everyone there, which is impressive. Ernie doesn't like car rides, but he calms down when he recognizes the route and knows where he's going. I highly recommend the entire staff and facility for you and your pet(s).
Today I brought my German Shepherd in for her first appointment since I adopted her. They booked me an appointment within 24 hours of when I called and when I entered I was treated as if they had known my dog and I for years. They were all so friendly and took great care of my dog. The doctor spoke in a language I understood and was super patient with my dog who was a bit of a handful and pretty nervous! I will definitely continue to use them as my vet! Thank you again VCA and Dr. Spaglonetti!!
We love this vet and best of all our Holden loves it too. Our dr Dr Spaglonetti is the best! Holden goes right to her. We've been coming 2 years now and always a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing experience here. Dr Efron is so knowledgeable and the nicest guy. We came here for a 2nd opinion from him regarding my dog's tooth issue and they felt truly like family from day 1. Dr. Efron called during my dog's surgery and followed up once we were home. I can't speak highly enough about vca cromwell. We've gone to a vca animal hospital since he was 8 weeks old (and he's 10 now); and they have all been great, but vca cromwell is exceptional.
Took Sheba for her shot and check up I just love the staff and doctor. They are always very caring always take time to be with you and answer questions. Thank you
