The staff at VCA Chancellorsville Animal Hospital have taken care of five of my boys for the past 6 years. Dr Schroetter had done a fabulous job of treating one who has had intestinal issues all of his life. The staff are most kind in handling them all and when we lost our oldest last year they treated him with care and kindness - as though he were one of their own. Love all of the doctors, staff, and technicians!
I have been taking my pets here for more years than I can remember, and always had excellent service and care for my pets. My Dad just had to have his little Westie, Buddy, put to sleep as he was so sick and suffering so. We couldn't have asked for better care and service over the past year with Buddy. Dr. Schroetter was the best. She cares so much not just about the our pets, but about the people that love their pets. Her caring words, and hugs helped get through a very difficult time. I received the absolute best care for my boy from Dr. Schroeder and staff during our visit yesterday. We were a last minute appointment. They have great hours for a working mom of fur babies! I even got a call from her following up on how he was doing. I will definitely recommend this hospital! Thank you all for everything you did for my Oscar and me, too!

I started coming to VCA Chancellor 3.5 years ago, when my husband and I adopted our furry children! It was highly recommended by friends and family. Our cats have always gotten the best care from them, the staff is always gentle and friendly, and it's not overpriced for the care, attention, and service you and your pets are receiving. Our cats love Dr. B. and will usually behave themselves for him. We will keep coming back, we love VCA Chancellor!
As a military family it is hard to have to find a new hairstylist for yourself, new doctors for your family and new vets for your pets. I choose VCA simply because it was so close to my house, but I will stay with VCA because of the ease of getting an appointment, Saturday appointment times and the staff, who make me and my dogs feel welcome.
