This is the most amazing, warm and friendly place you wanna take your fur baby. The 1st patient discount is wonderful, but doesn’t compare to the standard and quality of care they give your pet. Honestly I’m not sure where the “$$$$ expensive” comments are coming from. Just like with anything else, you pay for quality. When it comes to my pup I’m not skimping on anything- and being used to Richmond pricing (as we had to have a last minute appointment since we were visiting from out of town), their prices are pretty reasonable! I was honestly expecting to pay more. My pup and I were visiting my parents from out of town and she got an eye infection- and I knew it needed to get taken care of. Moving can be hard, not just the physical move but readjusting to your new home, neighborhood & town. Finding new doctors, stores, restaurants and vet's for your pets. The last is why I'm posting. We have found a wonderful veterinarian in our new town. VCA Chancellor Animal Hospital has the most kind and compassionate team and they have been taking great care of my fur babies. I took "Babyjack" in on Tuesday for the first time since "the Momma can't come in the office rule" came into effect. Dr. Hart and Ashley provided exceptional customer service and took the very Best care of my Babyjack. I love how great they are with my boys. See you all in June with the "Big Boy" Berlioz.
they took care of our twenty-two-year-old kitty for five years when it came time for him to go to the rainbow bridge they were so kind compassionate and understood exactly how we were feeling if we ever get another pet we definitely will go back there

I took a rescue kitten in, they were busy but fit me in. Dr. hart and the staff were so amazing. They went above and beyond, and made the kitten feel comfortable as can be. They were all very accommodating. I will recommend them to everyone. I even got a free kitten kit ❤
