Outstanding. All of the staff and vets are amazing and make you feel like your pet is their pet! Would NEVER go anywhere else!
We've been coming here for 12 years now and the care and service is amazing.
Everytime I visit this clinic I get a warm welcome and great attention to my pets health. They take the time to explain the procedures to me and never seem frustrated with too many questions. Anytime I go on vacation I board my cat Autumn at this clinic and as any pet parent i worry but as soon as i get back to pick her up i realize she just thinks its a second home. We just visited this animal hospital for the first time today. We just got our first puppy and just needed a quick set of routine shots. I got there at 545, 15 minutes before closing. The receptionist was very snobby, and said since it was 15 minutes from closing, we would be charged the after hours fee of $75. I asked why, since it wasn't after hours, and the lobby was completely empty. She said the doctor couldn't see us until 6 pm which would put us in the after hours timeframe. REALLY?
