Wonderful facility. Organized caring staff. LOVE the idea of cat's in one door, dogs in the other. I do wish that the receptionist would help those who can't read find the correct waiting room! Loved Dr. Kessler. Wise, sensitive and caring.

The people that work here really took the time to help me with my dying cat Max, they gave us as much privacy as we needed to greev and I really appreciated that. They handled max with care, i felt they really love what they do for are pets. I would recommend this place to anyone I know most definitely.

It was a very sad time for us because we were putting our dog/family member down. They were very kind and gave us all the time we needed. Put out a candle and a nice framed poem about death not being the end and we will still be together, etc. it was very nice and something the didn't have to do. To me, things like that shows they care. Thank you VCA
