Recommended10/10 reccomend. I work at a daytime animal hospital and when my 100lb aggressive dog Goose wasn't feeling well I took him here. Staff was amazing and accommodating and understanding. Not once did they make me feel bad for having an aggressive dog. We ended up needing to remove a foreign body and it was more complicated than expected. They treated my dog great and were communicative and Dr. Lauw was great as well. Out facility always refers here for emergencies but now I can tell clients first hand how amazing they are. Everyone has always been very warm and loving toward my 9yr old pup and 15 yr old cat... the reason for 3 stars is I feel like I’m always walking out paying close to $600 on almost all visits. I wish they would explain some other options, not just the most expensive... and not exploit the fact that most of us treat our animals like family and would do anything in our power to help them. I spent $540 on Monday for a biopsy/ blood work... if the lump needs to be removed I’m looking at another almost 1200. I don’t know the righ... read more
So disappointed that I got turned away at 12am because there was only 1 dr and he was in surgery. If they're 24 hours then no one should be turned away.
