VCA Cedar View was great. However since COVID hit they have become very unreliable. I get it, COVID makes life harder. But it's been 7 months now. Twice in the last few weeks I've called and the receptionist has been dismissive and unhelpful. Without even inquiring as to the reason for the call the receptionist flatly says they can't see our pets for weeks. RecommendedI have a cat that is 15 yo and he bites. They do what they can and give him his shots and we go on our way. My cat is fine once he's home and I thank them for doing what that do and not traumatizing him at all. Thank you

During this crazy time of the pandemic, Dr. Melbo and staff were available to take care of my Sadie when she needed them! The care, information, and communication were as wonderful as always. I thank God for these wonderful people and the loving care they take of Sadie and me!
Had to hand over Ziva to a complete stranger. they took good care of her. The doctor was amazing on the phone. Awesome system in place.
They are the best! I have taken my dogs here since 2013. The care they receive is excellent. The casts are presented up front. The staff LOVES the animals they care for. 110% happy.

Cedar View is the best vet clinic around. Our pets have been going there since it opened. Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful vet. We have known him for about 40 years. It feels very sad to have him retire. I feel he cares deeply about our dogs. We have 100% trust in him. He has always taken the time to talk with & explain things to us. He always returns calls as soon as he can.
