The people were so nice and it was our first experience!!
Vets are ok. But the people who work up front are very rude! Won't be going back there. Found a Great vet elsewhere.
We used them for years and had no problems,until we got our puppy vaccinated for rabies there, then she died two weeks later... of rabies. It was the only time we didn't see a Dr for the $45 office fee. There was a lab guy that took her back and in 5 min she was finished and she was never the same again. Also this is after a little debate with the front office girls not believing me that the Dr told me next time since (a puppy) has many shots in the beginning she would't charge an office visit the next time and they weren't ... read more
Caiah took her shots like a champ and still gave the Dr loving afterwards ;)
Walk in care was awesome. I would recommend. Dr. Nepp was great.
