My fur baby has been a patient there for about 5 years. The vets there are very caring, for my dog and for me. If I need to talk to the Dr after hours, he will call. That's comforting to me. If I had to comment on one flaw at VCA I would give it to the front desk, not the vets. I would recommend VCA to anyone.
The best there is. Dr. Fisher has been my hero for 25 years but all the doctors are very good as is the entire staff.
Great doctors who are knowledgeable, care about your pet, and spend time explaining concerns you may have ( in our case- an older girl with signs of aging difficulty). The staff is friendly, courteous, and genuine. Our vet is clean, well staffed, and we appreciate their humane treatment of our baby. After all, we want someone to care almost as much as we do for our baby
Dr Painter and staff are excellent! Not only do they provide great care, but they also care deeply. Dr Painter cried with me as we did what was best for our dog.
Only place we take our dogs. Dr Stephens is wonderful. Great office staff
