From my sweet Red, to my Daizy, and Koa.... I have always received the best customer service and Vet treatment for my fur babies! Over the last few years I have shared my positive experiences with VCA with many others. Thank you VCA for always going above and beyond to be helpful and courteous and to provide excellent medical services!!!
For starters I had to wait an hour and a half before we even saw a vet. Sat in the room the whole time with nothing to do. Then the first visit was supposed to be free. Well the vet brought in the charges at the end of the visit. I drove 45mins to get to this vet because I didn't have much money due to the holiday season and car had to be repaired. The $55 exam fee was still on the paper then she said "oh I brought in the wrong one. I was like ok so it will at least be that much cheaper. Not at all. Once she knew my exam was... read more

I love them. Even though my poor Daisy dog was too sick to live any longer. But they're really compassionate to the pet parents and to the animals. I have taken all of my pets to them, and I will always will.

I cannot say enough good things! They are the best, from the front desk staff, vet techs and the vets. Brought in one of our weims this evening with a fractured foot. As always, we received exceptional care. Dr. Haslam, Dr. Williamson and Dr. Berry go above and beyond with their care and concern. We have been using this Vet for over 13 years and wouldn't consider anyone else! ��
