My puppy was hit by a car, and when we called around closing time they agreed to stay for us. We knew the chances were grim, but we had to try! The staff was absolutely amazing. Though my girl didn’t make it, they comforted my whole family! They cried with me when we got there, and cried with me when I picked her up for burial! We will never use anyone else!

RecommendedI took Saban my Labrador today because he was in a lot of pain. They were amazing. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They don’t do a lot of unnecessary tests and their prices are great!
VCA was hands down the best vet i’ve ever been to. I found a stray puppy on the side of the road that was unable to walk or even hold herself up. As a full-time college student and only a part-time worker I was terrified of what a vet would say. Our vets Dr. Williamson and Dr. Collins not only helped me greatly with the bill but provided excellent care for my little stray. I brought one of my many cats in today because she wasn't feeling well. Dr. Williamson and the staff were so kind and professional. Really took time to explain things to me. **Edit: We have also had a chance to work with Dr. Collins and Dr. Williamson, and they are both wonderful. Dr. Collins helped one of our babies to have a very peaceful passing. It was a terrible day for us, but Dr. Collins was very gentle with her and could not have had more compassion or composure. I like the "no appointments" setup at VCA. That works so much better for our busy schedule. And I even find our wait times less than "appointments needed" facilities.
