Heard my mother talking on the phone with this Receptionist and they are awfully rude and condescending!! How is it my mom's fault that your turnover is high and got a new vet? So that means everyone within the last year has to go and see this new vet to get a simple flea perscription even though they have been there before. So ridiculous. During COVID, we stopped going as our problem cat acted up and was told an exam and shots could not be done. Loved the staff and kept buying cat food. Tried again in December and had excellent care from vet and other staff for both our problem cat and our easygoing cat. Thank you!
Very friendly and great service from the front desk. They scheduled me in quickly for a check-up and rabies shot so I could take my best boy to family Thanksgiving in the US. The doctor was great with my little chi-mix and and we were done with a thorough check, glands squeezed, and rabies shot in an efficient but chill time period. The location has parking and it's clean and bright inside. I would recommend this vet to my friends and family.
