This Hospital is amazing! I bring my lab, Grizzly, here and I can’t thank this team enough. Dr. Groper, Dr. Feldman and Dr. Mani have constantly been there in Grizzlys time of need. Each department is super friendly and knowledgeable regarding many subjects. I can’t think of anywhere else to bring my 4 legged family member!!! I’ve recommended friends and family to join the VCA family.
Every time I have gone here, we've had to spend 3 hours there just to see the vet for 10 minutes. The vet leaves multiple times throughout the visit to deal with other pets and can't remember who you are when they come back into the room. They have their own in-house pharmacy and won't let you use other pharmacies, so instead of being able to order routine meds like heartworm online, you have to pay their prices and go to their office to get them (and the parking situation is a mess!)
Doctor Kruskall (sp?) and Dr. Feldman are very nice, and great veterinarians! Expensive, but then health care for pets is.
Best veterinary services for our kitties, we lost Pooh recently, he was a shelter rescue aged13y, his first family abandoned him. so my daughter brought him home where he was able to enjoy his remaining years,sadly he became diabetic and didn't respond well...he passed peacefully with all of us there by his side. Thank you Dr. Nanning For your compassion and caring for Pooh.
VCA Brookline is amazing. Especially Dr. Feldamn who is one person I trust for my pup Shama. She has taken care of her for past 6 years and no matter how far we travel we always come back to her.
