RecommendedAll the vets are terrific, but the way the clinic currently works is UNACCEPTABLE. You need to call the front desk to drop off or pickup your pet. I called 3 time today, and the hold time was 20-30 minutes each time. After dropping my dog off for an echo cardiogram I didn’t hear back for two and a half hours. I called, waited on hold for 30 minutes, and was then told that he has not been seen yet. I told them I will pick him up regardless because I didn’t want him to be there any longer. DO NOT GO HERE. My dog died because of them. I took her here 12 times with the same symptoms and they habitually missed the diagnosis which killed my best friend.
Love love love the staff. They are such wonderful people. They always take care of my dog like she was their own.
Doctors are here to save lives not to kill them . If you want to profit at the expense of the pain and suffering of sweet, loving, innocent dogs, you are in the wrong business.
