My family and I have used Bradshaw Vet over 30 yrs. Dr. Schroeder was our Great Danes Doctor when I was an early teenager. While the times have changed, they still remain a family oriented practice. All the staff genuinely care and are very supportive. I have to give a huge shoutout to JAMIE who went above and beyond for my dog, Bono and myself! Thank you so much JAMIE!! You rock...real talk!! I love all the staff and Doctors. ���
Our first time there since it was a holiday yesterday. Staff were absolutely amazing! Our fur baby Pebbles who was 21 years old in human years & 100 years old in cat years departed us yesterday! Seeing your fur baby suffer & in pain is so hard especially when they can't tell you what's hurting � The Dr. was very helpful & kind! We miss our Pebbles but we know she is no longer suffering �� Thank you VCA Bradshaw Animal Hospital for the kindness you showed to my family & I but most importantly to our Fur baby Pebbles �
Had to take my pup in the other day for an urgent visit. Turned out to be minor but they stick you with a $125 non-appointment fee just to walk in the door . Vet was young but very nice. The first tech I talked to in the lobby was really nice. Second one I talked to in the exam room and lobby before we went home was less than nice and cranky. Wish there were more options out there.
I took my son's baby turtle in becaues he was sick. They were able to get him in right away. Now he is back to his old self and doing great. We will be going to them for all our future turtle needs. Thanks guys for being awesome.
Late at night on the 30th on June we took the dog's outside to use the bathroom after a long Friday night of fireworks. Little Chuckles was attacked by a large dog (looked like a Husky mix) that came over our fence. This dog got a perfect bit on the lil guys neck and he was left with four large puncture wounds that were bleeding badly. I have been taking all of our animals here for 4.5 years now. Thousands of dollars. At first, we loved them. The teams were attentive and compassionate. Over the last year, out of our 6 visits, two surgeries and one dog that reached the end of her days... their service, compassion and organization has plummeted. We've been taking our animals here for several years. The staff are friendly and the doctors very helpful. My one complaint is how long check out takes. We paid our bill ($865) and it took almost an hour to get our dog.
VCA staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Petrunich is my go to vet of choice but the other vets have always been great!! I would never switch clinics. They treat my big dogs � and my tiny bearded dragon �. Love this clinic! �
