I have been taking my pets to Bradshaw Animal Hospital for about 15 years now. I have never had a bad experience. The staff at Bradshaw care about the animal first. I have seen many of the vets and techs there and always feel confident, as they strive to provide the best solution possible, they also give options when they can. I trust them. My whole family loves this place! We first found them about 6 years ago when my parents boxer was having a long labor and unable to to deliver her puppies. We took her in and they were wonderful with her. She ended up with a c-section to get the puppies out, but they talked us through the steps and what to expect. Ever since then, this is the only place we go. The staff and vet are genuinely nice and care about you and the animals. I have always had excellent Vets since bringing my dog, Sissie, to Bradshaw. I do agree with the lady that has a problem with the $125 emergency fee they charge. Most visits with a pet of any kind is one you need that day--it is an emergency.
I don't know where to start! My pup is pretty nervous in new places and the amazing staff here was more than accommodating making sure he was brought into a room quickly. I brought my little man in to get neutered and they explained everything to me, walked me through the paperwork, and made me feel confident he was in wonderful hands. Unfortunately, after the surgery, he was still leaking blood from the incisions, so the fantastic Dr assigned to him overnight called me right away and walked me through when she'd planned to ... read more
