Went for the first time yesterday with our blind cat. Front desk, nurse and doctor were all very nice! We love it and have found our new vet.
I was a bit nervous bringing my cat here as I once had a very bad experience at a "chain" type vet office. I was nervous for nothing. This was a great experience. The staff were all great. The assistant was WONDERFUL with my very nervous cat. They all have a real passion for these animals. The vet was great. She was very informative and answered all my questions. Our dogs have been through many treatments, some were even life threatening. Dr. Nelson and Dr. Rowlett have been the most awesome vets we have ever dealt with. I have even started taking my children's animals here even though it's a further drive from near O'Hare airport. They always call and check on our pets after procedures, even on their days off. You can't put a price on the value they have given us in care for our fur babies. They always keep the best interest of the animal as the top priority and they are always hone... read more
We are very sickened by the actions of Jennifer Tenner. Your hospital should be investigated! Why didn't anyone stop her? We have two dogs and to think this could have been one of them. My heart goes out to the family!
